I got covid quite early. My spouse and I had it quite bad-one or both of us should have been hospitalized. I pleaded with my aging parents to get vaccinated, and was met each time with conspiracy-fueled skepticism.

Yesterday I lost my dad to covid. My mom is on supplemental oxygen fighting for her life. I'm so unsure how to be with family when their view of reality is still so distorted-even after a death. Feeling lost.
