I've just set a new goal to wash my face, put on moisturizer/eye cream, and brush my teeth every night before bed. For the last year I've just been tossing myself into bed ready to end the day, and rarely did any of those. These tiny steps make me feel accomplished. My next goal is showering every day and putting on real clothes. I hate it. I hate it so much bc I hate seeing myself in the mirror and when clothes don't fit. It's so hard, but even this small self care step has made me feel so much better. - Human, 33 y/o
