My dad was the kind of person who fought to live. For the last 10 years he's battled such a severe illness and came out alive every time. On Monday my brothers and I had to decide to take him off life support and let him pass. It feels like I betrayed him and it broke my heart. I'm not sure I will ever be able to let go of the guilt.
