Things I can never admit to my family for fear they'll never want anything to do with me again:

I'm bisexual.
I'm voting for Biden.
I'm on medication for clinical depression and anxiety disorder, which is why I've been "so much better" this year than I was for so many years before now.

They just think I'm "strong." But really, I'm just hiding a lot of myself from them because I'm afraid of what they'll think.
