This Thursday is my trauma-versary. Four years since my sexual assault and two years since my suicide attempt. With a lot of therapy, life has improved quite a bit and I have hope again. I'm proud of my healing, but I still feel scared to face that day. I wish I could tell someone but I don't want to seem attention-seeking.
