When I left him 2 years ago, the dealership admitted to fraud and messing with the sale, and put the car in my name only. Then, the dealership closed and the salesmen ran off. My ex threatened to kill me if I took the car. So I had no choice but to wait.

Yesterday I got a letter in the mail that he destroyed and dumped the car somewhere, and then moved across the country. They still want their $18,000. I am filing for bankruptcy.
